There’s a reason we just can't quit the ’90s. As a culture, we’re deeply nostalgic, especially when it comes to fashion. We live in a circular universe: What goes around comes around, and it will probably come around a second and third time, too. Some events, however, have a magic that can’t be replicated, and the kismet connection of the original supermodels—Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, and Christy Turlington—fits under that category.

Tom Hiddleston has landed his first major fashion campaign as the face of Gucci's cruise 2017 men's tailoring ad. Posing with Afghan hounds in some incredibly sharp suits, the actor looks right at home.
Hiddleston was shot by Glen Luchford at the American artist Tony Duquette's estate in Los Angeles, among heirlooms and paintings from the late artist's personal collection.

By the time Tyla could navigate the internet on her own, the Gen Z artist was uploading pop song covers on YouTube. Given her present-day viral success, those tweenage videos—in which she sports a “Wanna make rock?” graphic tank top—seem almost prophetic. “Since a young age, I have been on social media. It has been something that is so natural to me,” the singer-songwriter tells Harper’s Bazaar from her hometown of Johannesburg, South Africa.
When Donatella Versace decides to do schoolgirls, you know you're in for something subversive and sexy. Enter her spring 2011 Versus collection, with protégé Christopher Kane. These schoolgirls were covered up in skintight tartans and deconstructed collegiate sweaters. We love their take on the classic sweater set (halter neck) and varsity cardigan (sheer).

The idea that an actress and a scent might have something in common is not too great a stretch of the imagination; for both, at their best, are feminine, challenging, intriguing. Each may be different things at different times – shape-shifting, mercurial – with a strong intrinsic core, while also boasting a venerable history of ensnaring men. Perfume might be said to have the qualities of an actress bottled; an actress, the elusive, allusive, illusive elements of a perfume.
