Surprisingly, the tinted beauty look isn't a one-time occurrence—Delevingne reprised the hairstyle at the MTV Movie & TV Awards tonight. She sported a more low-key, but equally stunning iteration of the style with a minimal geometric design spray painted on the back of her head, again in silver.

The pattern was a perfect addition to the lineup of tattoos on the back of Delevingne's neck. It also nicely matched her black-and-silver Saint Laurent dress for the evening.
